I understand there is a $5 discount at SSR (during construction?). So, the real price for SSR has trended as follows (assume no MB). $79 to start increase to $84 last fall to $90 now? Sounds like those who got SSR Dec UY for $79 did pretty well (xtra year points with no(?) 2003 dues) vs DVCI selling for $75 now with closing costs (estimate). Do I have this right?
