What is really included?

Could someone help me understand what may and may not be included in the minimum? Cake, reception site, reception food, floral, etc.....
 
Anything that you spend the money towards (booked thru FTW), on your wedding day will count towards your minimium, and any food or drinks ordered through FTW for your wedding day will count towards your F&B.

An example:

You are a weekday wedding with a $10K min and a $100pp F&B min with 50 guests, for a total F&B of $5K:

- You order a snack tray to be delivered to your getting ready room while you and your girls get ready and the tray was $50, that counts. The $50 goes towards both your mins.

- You have Disney cosmo do everyones hair and make-up on the day of the wedding. That counts.

Some things that don't count:

- You choose to use any outside vendor for services (photo, video, floral, linens)

- You host a RD/Welcome party at Illuminations two days before your wedding

- You have a MK photo session two days after the wedding.

Basically, if you booked it via your EM/SM for the DAY OF your wedding, then it counts.

Excuse my ignorance, I am assuming F&B = food and beverage? Is your F&B minimum in addition to the $10k min, or is that a part of it? $10k custom - $5k F&B = $5k remaning to spend to reach minimum?
 
You are correct. F&B = food & beverage. The $5k F&B minimum will help you reach the $10k FTW minimum. So after F&B you still have to spend $5k with Disney.

So the F&B varies based on the number of guests, right? If I have 30 people, I am not locked into 5k. In addition, can I roll my reception and my Illuminations into the slot to decrease the amount of money spent?
 
F&B is based on the number of guest, but keep in mind some venues have additional F&B minimums (for example, Atlantic Dance Hall has a $7500 F&B minimum for receptions that end after 5PM). Assuming that you choose a venue that only requires you meet the FTW minimums, you'd be looking at 3k F&B expenditure before tax and gratuity. If you have an illuminations dessert party the night of your wedding the costs of that party will count towards your minimums.
 
I thought that the Mk photo session could also be included toward the min. Is this only if you do it the following day?

Unless something has changed, the MK photo session is only counted towards your minimums if you do it the morning of your wedding. If you do it the following morning, it won't count.
