Anything that you spend the money towards (booked thru FTW), on your wedding day will count towards your minimium, and any food or drinks ordered through FTW for your wedding day will count towards your F&B.
An example:
You are a weekday wedding with a $10K min and a $100pp F&B min with 50 guests, for a total F&B of $5K:
- You order a snack tray to be delivered to your getting ready room while you and your girls get ready and the tray was $50, that counts. The $50 goes towards both your mins.
- You have Disney cosmo do everyones hair and make-up on the day of the wedding. That counts.
Some things that don't count:
- You choose to use any outside vendor for services (photo, video, floral, linens)
- You host a RD/Welcome party at Illuminations two days before your wedding
- You have a MK photo session two days after the wedding.
Basically, if you booked it via your EM/SM for the DAY OF your wedding, then it counts.
