What is Pizza Planet like??

its got the sign out front and arcade games inside. the food was no so good and it wasnt particularly done up like it could have been. but we ate there and took oour picture out front......

I was disappointed with this one. I was expecting it to look the set up in Toy Story, but it was small with some walk up windows. I much prefer the Sci Fi Diner for atmosphere.

It was very loud from the arcade. The pizza was so-so, my girls liked it though. We were in and out of there in about a half hour.

I was disappointed with this restaurant. I really expected it to be like the movie, but our family didn't see too much resemblance at all...The food was OK.

It doesn't look at all like the Pizza Planet in Toy Story, but they have pizza and games and that's all my boys (3 and 5) cared about!!;) We spent a good hour and a half there playing and we'll be going back this trip. It's a nice way to cool off, if nothing else!

And we won a ton of stuffed animals in the little pick em up with the claw thing. It was like they weren't as hard as usual.

The food was crappy, but my kids had fun!

I really thought it was going to look just like the restaurant in Toy Story, but it doesn't. It's more of a walk up counter service place. We actually ended up at one of the restaurant's outside tables. We enjoyed the pizza - thought it was pretty good for counter food and reasonably priced. But if you're looking for a copy of the place in the movie, you'll be disappointed.

It doesn't really look like the movie, but my boys still LOVED it. The pizza deals were good- an individual pizza, salad an soda for $8-9- my kids shared just a cheese pizza and were totally happy. We ate upstairs, away from the games, but were eye level with the aliens hanging from the ceiling. It was worth it for us. And somewhere over there, maybe around the corner from PP is Buzz's ship- we got a pic of it with DS5 standing in front of it. :p

This is one of those *must-do* places for our kids! It's only pizza and salad and if you are carrying that heavy tray, be careful!! Most of the seating is UPSTAIRS! The games are downstairs. Once you get up there, the kids don't want to eat, they want to go play!!!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc So you and Dad get to eat lots of pizza because you just paid lots of money for it and don't want to throw it away:rolleyes: But, they have to do it, they have to do it PLEEEEEEZZZ

Sorry, just a flashback!!

There were six of us and we each got a pizza meal that includes a personal size pizza, a sad little salad and a drink. It cost $60. The little ones do like the arcade atmosphere. :D

If possible, split your group between those ordering and those scouting for tables. We stayed together, in line for 20 minutes, and then were unable to find a table anywhere. After walking around long enough for the food to lose its temperature, we finally prepared to sit on the floor just so we could eat. A minute or two later, though, a table opened up and I beat a gaggle of preteens to it.

As far as the games go, I made it clear to my kids that money for games came out of their souvenir funds - that kept them away from all those money pits!

The food is just OK but this is a 'must do' for our kids. It is close to Muppets 4D so if you catch a show near lunchtime this might be a good place to go.
