Wondering what is open at rope drop at DHS? Can we sign up for Jedi Training? Do Star Tours? Muppet Movie? I know the big Tier One attractions are open but may want to steer clear of the crowds...Thanks!

1. Can we sign up for Jedi Training?
2. Do Star Tours?
3, Muppet Movie? I know the big Tier One attractions are open but may want to steer clear of the crowds...Thanks!
1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. Muppet 3D may not be open that early.

People have reported JT being open even before official park opening time. They are allowing people inside the park about 45 min before opening and jt is set at that time for people ro sign up.

Yeah 10min after ripe drops seems to be almost the most busiest part of the day for Hollywood

Everything open. Muppets may not be. Not sure if you can get to jt before rope drop. Depends whee they are holding the crowds these days.

Muppets didn't open until 10AM today. ROTR is making rope drop crowds insane. SDD line was so long it was out of TSL almost to the restrooms by 9AM. MFSR line was back to Toy Story Land by 9AM as well. Star Tours hit 70+ minutes today. It was chaos, but also a very busy day.

Yikes...I'm feeling anxious about trying to even get a boarding group...Will try to get signed up for Jedi Training and perhaps if we don't get a lower number, we'll walk back to Boardwalk Villa and head back in the pm...

I was looking at touring plans, muppets 3d had the shortest wait time all day, the highest i saw was 25 mins. Rope drop people run to the tier one rides. I think you will be fine going to any of the older rides. We go to Rockin rollercoaster or Tower or terror and walk right on.

Are the characters meeting people at Launch Bay at rope drop? Does that get mobbed?

Also remember that this is a holiday weekend. By many accounts, President’s day weekend is just a bit lower than the “big” holiday times (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter). If you’re not there right now, you might find lower crowds for your trip.

And heading back later seems like a solid plan, as evenings seem better for crowds in general. It’s 8:10 pm, and I see MFSR at 55 minutes and SDD at 90. For a holiday weekend, that’s not bad.

We will be there April 23-30...what use to be a lower-moderate crowd time...Fingers crossed. Fortunately, we are DVC members and we don't feel the need to get every ride/attraction done knowing we'll be back :)
