One of the very first threads I ever read here was somebody all worked up because the Subway sub shop worker asked what they wanted on their sandwich.

If folks can argue about that - they can argue about anything.

I think I remember that one. Was it a local sub place that they always go to and it was something about heating the sandwich?

The OP complained to manager and got a free one next time he went in, but manager wasn't there and he was too afraid to ask for the freebie?

No - but I remember that one too, now that you mention it. This one was specifically p.o.'d at the Subway worker because she/he asked if they wanted tomatoes on the ham sandwich and of course they do. Like everyone in the world wants tomatoes on their frickin' ham sandwich. It was extremely annoying to this person.

I appreciated that post because it gave me an idea of what kind of board I was getting myself into.
