Going with the current offer of buy 2 nights, get 2 nights free, I'm thinking about the last week of March at cheyenne just me and my 3 year old son. It will cost just over £500 for our hotel, park tickets, flights and transfers. Price is fab, but what is dlp like at that time of year? Weather? Crowds? Closers?

Same question here:

We are planning to go from 25.03. until 31.03.13

This would be the week before Easter.

I guess it will be full on Easter weekend, but what about the days before ?

:scared1:

lol me too!!! our school has broken up that week i guess most will have???

Ahh that was thee week I was thinking, but it will probably be busy. I don't mind when in March we go. Anyone know of any holidays around March?

our school breaks up on 22nd march. and when i was pricing before prices shot up about 26th I think.

Greater Paris schools are off until 17th March next year, and then most English/Welsh schools appear to be off from 29th March, and of course its Easter weekend too, so that will a busy one.

So I'd guess the period between 18th March and 28th March would be best to avoid the crowds (unless there are Spanish or Italian holidays then?)

France are spread out from the 16th of Feb to the 17th of March included.

The ones to watch are the 2nd to the 17th March which is Paris and surrounding areas and to a lesser extent the 16th of Feb to the 4th of March group which is mainly Northern France.

The middle section won't inflate numbers to much.

:)

So what dates would be best for 4 nights then? We won't really have to worry about lines, as we will have a easy access pass for my son as he's disabled.

Like Elaine says I'd be looking at the week starting the 18th, less people and more than likely better weather :thumbsup2

And the week before Easter (Monday to Friday) ?

School holidays in Germany, so I have to use this period.

Full ?

:scared1:

Just priced 18th to 22nd, same price, so that week is looking good :)

What's the weather like in March?

Also I remember dlp having a sale on in there stores around. Feb and March time, will that be on while we are there?

First time i was in DLRP it was the week before Easter many years ago and OMG never again.
The park was crowded and it was so cold we were freezing most of the time.

But we're Italian and it is usually already pretty mild in Italy that time of the year so i may not be the best one to talk about it LOL:rotfl:

Don't know how long the English school holidays last but at least you won't have the French so it shouldn't be to bad...;) Will check if you have the Netherlands and or Belgium

Sales are earlier than that - Jan to mid Feb

Weather is normally not too bad, it shouldn't snow let's say but could be windy and showery :)

I've got Spain off school from the 26th of April but can't see anyone else :confused3

Hmmm....only German school holidays the week before Easter ?

:confused3

Sounds not so bad to me.

This is when we were thinking if going. Our first ever trip was march2008 the Easter weekend and it was soo busy! But I'm going in the week and leaving good Friday so hoping it'll be quieter .

I remember our first day was very wet which made it cold but the second day was lovely sunny and warm. Saying that though we had just as much rain on one of the days during our July trip past year .

The beginning of March is very cold. We went the last few days of Feb/first few days of March and it was beyond freezing. We needed hats, gloves, thermals etc... brr...

We went at the beginning of March this year, it was quite cold and we had a bit of rain. It was also busy but I didn't know about the french hols at the time so we have booked for March again but later in March. We arrive on 18th and got a fantaatic 4 night deal. We arent too put off about the weather we just went prepared with hats and gloves which we needed in the mornings for EMH!

We went 12-16th March this year and were blessed with un-seasonal fantastic weather.. we had packed for winter and actually had to buy some sunscreen. :thumbsup2

So it is possible to get great weather in March, but if i went again in this month I'd still pack for ALL weathers as it's just so hard to tell.

The crowds on our week were almost non-existant, the longest we queued for anything was about 20 mins. I would definitely go back in March again!
