What is it?

A matza ball is literally a ball made out of matza, eggs and chicken fat. Generally you eat it in chicken soup. Really good ones are flavorful and light, really bad ones are akin to eating a paperweight!

Eggs over easy are fried eggs that are cooked on one side for a bit, then flipped and cooked for just a minute and then served with the yolks still runny, served with biscuits...mmmm!

If falafel is ground up chick peas, then what is the difference between falafel and hummus? Is hummus more of a paste than falafel (I've had hummus, but not falafel).

I saw this one on another thread. Someone mentioned having fluff for dessert today. What is fluff?

My Mom used to make fluff when we were kids...it's a light fluffy dough , I think it's cooked..and it has fruit over top of it....

Hummus is more like a thick dip made with ground chick peas and tahini (sesame paste) plus some olive oil and paprika. Filafel is much thicker, more like a crab cake I would say.
