What is Hell Week?

I have searched the threads but can't find the answer, what is hell week and what do I need to know about it? We are planning a trip for Oct. 2013 and plan to be at Universal Oct 27, 28, 29. Are we in trouble?

hell week is when the local schools have days they are not in session.


that is when the teens hit the parks.


not all the schools have the same dates off.


i think it can affect 2 different weeks this year in october.



since you are not going until another year, someone might post the dates when the school calendars are released for the 2013-14 school year.

You should be OK for those dates next year. That's a little late for Hell Week which is usually the two weeks before.
