I noticed from the website that the Fantasy Passport has blackout days from 14th to 20th April.

I thought blackout days were for times when they expected to be very busy, highdays and holidays.

So what is it about 14th-20th April that makes it a blackout time? :confused3

It's not Easter. Halloween  or Christmas , so any ideas?

Might be a lot of French schools on holiday round this time as I think they all have hol in April rather than Easter

Ah, I see by looking at the sticky at the top that the 3 regions have spring break at different times but during the week 14-20th they are all on holiday at some point.

So, if somebody, any old person, just somebody, were planning a quick spring break, just supposing, then the week before would be a better bet. Not that anybody is planning, of course, or even thinking of it. Or anything. At all. :rolleyes1

;)

:ssst:

Of course not PMSL :rotfl: :lmao: :woohoo: !!

Oh hang on though, the week before there will also be a lot of the UK schools off won't there?

True, I think about half the UK schools are on holiday that week. But if only half French schools are then it will be better than the following week when ALL French schools are.
If you are the sort of person who works in a school then you can only go during school holidays anyway.
So I'm told.
By somebody who is not me.
Absolutely not.

Nuff said, the very idea :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 !!

You have used exactly the same reasoning as me to book and we also arrive on the 7th. Fingers crossed that it isn't too busy.

Are you flying? Maybe we will bump into each other in CDG!!

Yes, we're going from Heathrow at 6.05 in the morning. :faint: If you are there then, look for the haggard woman trying to sleep!

We are going from Southampton at a slightly better time of 9.05am and staying at premier inn outside airport night before so I will get my full nights sleep!! Need to be rested to get up for the EMH every morning!!

You should be long gone from CDG by the time we arrive and already hitting the parks. I can't wait!!
