What is going on with the Disney website??

I've been trying to get a quote for our vacation and each time I try to update the number of days and type of tickets, it goes to the next screen and freezes. Anyone else experiencing this?

the website has been experiencing difficult for some time now. Try calling them instead and they can help you out.

One thing Disney has never seen to get right is the website. I have continuously had various problems, usually with viewing the virtual tours and more mundane stuff.

The big thing I have now is not being able to access the reservations I have for December with my folks. I have called CRO to verify that the reservation is there and it is, but for whatever reason it won't come up for me.

I do hope that you can get through to make the reservation though.

I am never able to bring up my reservations either, whether I make them online or over the phone. I've never had any trouble checking in, but it's an inconvenience.

Earlier this week, I tried to check availability under the Florida resident discounts, and it kept telling me I had to have a valid pass to book a resident discount! Just when I think I've seen everything odd on their website, they throw something new at me.

This is one of the reason we used a TA for our last trip. Never have to deal with this. I will probably use the same place again.
