What is going on with AP payment

In the last 30 minutes Disney charged my account 406.00 for past payments? I never received a refund for the March payment as they said they would do.

In the last 30 minutes Disney charged my account 406.00 for past payments? I never received a refund for the March payment as they said they would do.

Disney is aware of the problem, a glitch, and is actively processing automatic refunds.

Getting very tired of all their “glitches”. Last week‘s rollout was an abomination. Not happy about the AP limits either. My December resort stay ties me up from getting a park pass prior to that stay. I live 18 miles from the parks. I want to enjoy a resort stay, but not if I can’t use park passes before that. What good is an AP Anyway?
