Gas was $3.39 yesterday and today it's $3.55 (metro Detroit).

Mid grade gas is $3.63 here today in coastal central FL according to my DH. I paid $3.45 for the cheap stuff here today.

i got gas yesterday afternoon in town (i'm in NE alabama) for $3.20 per gallon. this morning, when DH drove home from work at 6:00am, it was $3.35. up FIFTEEN CENTS in just over 12 hours! i'm ready to raid libya myself!

It was $3.33 at 11 am and when I went out at 5pm it was $3.55, that's .22 cents. At this rate it will be $4.00 by tomorrow night I guess we are staying home.

I am not sure who the experts are or where they were reffering to when they stated 4 bucks by summer. The median price where I live is already 3.77 with many stations already at 3.99. It isn't even spring break yet! If this keeps up 5 bucks by summer is far more likely. I am also ready to raid Libya. I haven't been out to the grocery store in awhile so I have yet to see if prices on those things are going up. I sure hope not.

I'm in MD, near Annapolis.

I can cross the boarder into SC and get it for $3.23.
