I was in the post office and read a poster about new visa requirements for usa, can anyone tell me what I need to do and when I should do it. It looked like we have to apply online, am I getting this right? I hope someone can help me, sorry if I sound stupid!!!

VISA WAIVER PROGRAM
You must complete this at least 72 hours before you fly, suggest a minimum of a week before departure. If you fail to complete this you are more than likely to be refused entry to the USA

Do not forget to give your airline the advanced passenger information as soon as possible, they still need this information in addition to the ESTA form.

Electronic System of Travel Authorisation by Department of Homeland Security, needs to be done they are phasing out the old green visa waiver forms this year unfortunately, Customs and Immigration still have final say whether they let you in at the airport too.
