Entertainment wise, weather wise, will dreams be on?
Sorry for another post today just really eager to book haha but want something cheap, but don't want it to be a wasted trip either.

we have been twice in february and it was pretty cold, one time it was freezing. but we still had a great time. the rides were still operating main closures both times were tram tour in the studios, and story book boats, casey jr and autopia in the main park. the parades stil run no matter what, and it is not very busy so queues are to a minimum. as for dreams i don't know. but if you pack well it shouldn't be a problem weather wise x

We went the last week in feb this year and it as freezing, even with the kids in 2 layers and snow suits it was still too cold for them so had to go back to the hotel . During dreams our toes literally froze making the very sore. It also snowed which made it slippery walk around.

I've been to Disneyland in February for the last three years.
Last February was unbelievably cold, but the two years before that temperatures were almost like spring, so it varies.
The last two weeks of February are crowded, because both France and the Netherlands have one or two weeks holiday. I think Belgium does too.
However, a lot of attractions can be closed during the first two weeks of February (I remember a lot of complaining on various boards about this).
I think I read somewhere that Dreams isn't going anywhere, so you'll be able to see that.
Have fun planning your trip!

Hope it is not too busy for our trip in February :( We are going 23rd, right when French schools are free - hopefully lots of families go skiing instead!
I dont mind for me and DS, it will be 13th trip, but my cousin and her ds are going for the first time and I want it to be magical for them!
For people that have been in february/march when French were off, could you indicate what the wait times were like? For instance, BTM, Pirates, Buzz etc

Thanks:goodvibes

We were there the same week and I swear I've never been so cold in my life. It was horrible waiting for Dreams to start with a 5 year old who on the one hand really wanted to go back to the hotel and on the other was desperate to see the show again. In the end my husband cuddled him for warmth while waiting.

Having said that though looking at prices of the February half term compared to other times of the year we probably would go again then. We were staying at the Cheyenne and while the hotel itself was really good I wouldn't book to stay so far away again when it's cold. Looking at the prices now and comparing them with August I'd rather pay £700 to stay at the HNY in February than pay nearly £1K to stay at the Cheyenne in August!
