What is Disney Transportation like right now?

My trip is 12/23-1/2 and I'm trying to decide if renting a car is best versus using Disney Transportation? I'm more concerned about the busses limiting people and taking awhile to get around on property and from the airport? I will be traveling with myself, DD19, DD17, DD10.

I have found it to be on par with before Covid-19. They are severely limiting the number of people on buses but appear to have ramped up the number of buses per resort. I would guess that the buses are running at 25% capacity at best. The monorail is also limited but not as much. They are putting 4 parties per car so maybe more like 40% capacity. The skyliner is limited to one party per car so again maybe 40%. The boats are also severely limited like the buses but the times I took them, they seemed to not be impacted like you would think.

They have so few resorts open and so few people allowed to go to the parks that it appears to make up for the restrictions and leave the transportation options taking about the same amount of time as before.
