What is CRV/CRV rumor?

I'm a newbie here, so forgive me. I'm just picking up on all the acronyms. What does CRV stand for, and what is the rumor?

I am 99% ready to buy into DVC and I'm deciding between SSR and OKW (see, I'm learning!). But what is CRV?

CRV is the rumored Contemporary Resort Villas.

Construction is going on as we speak. A friend of mine works at the Contemporary and tells me the new construction there is for the new CRV? You can also see the construction when the monorail rides over it from the Contemporary.
