Do you mean the Concourse Steakhouse? If so it is located on the 4th floor of the Contemporary resort. It has sandwiches, burgers and steak for lunch and steaks and other semi high end foods for dinner. I thought it was a fairly casual atmosphere but the food was fine and the service was excelent. I do not know about the dining plan. Hopefully this is the info you needed.

Concourse Steak house in the Contemporary Resort. The menu is posted at allearsnet.com. It is basically steaks with the trimmings. It is one TS on the DDP and is on the DDE.
