what is cilantro?

I have just seen 'cilantro' used in a disney recipe. Can anyone tell me what it is? I think it may be a vegetable. Does anyone know what we call it in England?

Cilantro is also called coriander or Chinese parsley.

They use it alot in mexican cooking- especially in salsa. I think coriander is the seed that cilantro comes from- cilantro is the leaf. It's very yummy!

Coconut curry chicken, are you making a Thai dish? Alot of Thai dishes also use alot of cilantro.
