What is chef's domain at citricos????

Can anyone tell me what the Chef's Domain is at Citricos and if they have ever done it???

It's a special little room off the kitchen where the chef crafts a special menu for your party of up to 12 people. You have to guarantee you'll spend a certain amount to book it....I want to say it was like $650?

We did this on our last trip in March. You are put in a special room enclosed by glass and receive special attention and you can also have a different menu from the chef. We ended up having more of a sampler of everyting on the menu. You have to guarantee $650 but that doesn't include tax and gratuity and it IS possible to go over that smount (we didn't) We were given a free photo with us and the chef at the end also.
