What is Celebrations Community????

I may be posting on the wrong board, but i'm not sure where this question should go...

I've heard of people mention the "celebration" community, which is just outside Disney, but is somehow related to Disney?

I've heard of people mentioning going there, but I have no idea what this is all about? Anyone willing to tell me about it? TIA
