What is BLT?

I've seen BLT mentioned in posts, but it is not listed in the abreviations list.

I shudder every time I see BLT on the boards! Then I run off to the kitchen to make a sandwich!

I don't know why they don't just refer to it as CRV...guess that would make it too easy.

Why not CRV? Well, the name is good (I like it too) but if they build another tower it would need a different name (being a separate development, not part of the current BLT). I have heard rumours about another tower in the future, getting rid of the rest of the garden wing rooms.
