I'd do the peak, but then again, I can't imagine JUST 5 days.

10 days during the peak season for me! We went this summer during peak season for 7 days and had a great time, we never waited more than 30 minutes (and that was just once) for a ride. Plus since I am from Houston, the heat does not bother me at all, I am used to it!
