What is better Palo's dinner or brunch?

It is usually best to book Palo ressies, as soon as you board the ship, as they generally book fast. When u check in at the port, they can tell u exactly where to go to make the ressies. On my 1/16 Wonder cruise, it was done in Wavebands.
