What is "best" airboat or Everglades tour for August?

DD-13 and I are heading to Disney for the last week of August.

Since we've been a couple of times, we are looking for something a little different to do - maybe an airboat ride or even one of the day-long tours to the Everglades or something. So I'm looking for advice as to what tour(s) to consider or even what tour(s) to avoid at all costs.
