The Aladdin & Jasmine StoryTale Adventure is another cute show. This one is about 20 minutes. Besides Aladdin and Jasmine, there is a storyteller who narrates the action. Kids can sit on the pillows on the floor by the stage, parents in the chairs behind them (parents can sit on the vary outer edges of the pillow are if their kids are too young to sit alone.) Three kids are invited to participate on stage and the entire audience is asked to boo, cheer or sign when the character's names are mentioned. It very much like the old melodrama style theatre. It's a cute show that we have seen a dozen times. DD6 still enjoys it. After the show, A&J stay behind for autographs.
You know, I think I actually remember seeing pictures of this somewhere, now that I know what it is. Someone was looking for a video of the show, because her DD was in it, and they had pictures, but her DH forgot to get the video camera out. It looked like fun.
It is very cute! And I can only assume that they always try to pick the teeniest-tiniest little girl in the audience to "play" Jafar! It was that way when we went, and then the little girl in the aforementioned post was also a totally adorable little thing.

Well, as you can see, my daughter is tiny and uber adorable. Maybe she'll get picked. But on second thought, the promo she did for the local tv station is really funny because she is just sitting there looking sullen and refusing to look at the camera, so she probably wouldn't actually get up in front of anyone anyway.
