What is a good drink to order??

Chocolate Martinis...yum!

Strawberry Daquiris are my summer drink.

If you don't particularly like the taste of alcohol, what drink do you order besides a soda, water, wine or beer? I would like a nice mixed drink, not too strong or alcohol tasting. What would you recommend?
I guess that I don't understand the question.

I don't care for the taste of alcohol, so I don't order it. I glass of lemonade, or a coke, or even a glass of water works.

Tom Collins with Gin: gin, sprite, splash of sour YUMMM!

Captn Morgan and Sprite: Tropically, yummm!

Bailey's on ice.

I don't like the taste or what it does to me so I always order whatever they have virgin like Safe Sex on the Beach or an Arnold Palmer. :thumbsup2

I'm dying to taste a good chocolate martini! When I was away over the summer I decided to have a martini and the bartender told me he made an excellent one. Yuck..it was like lighter fluid:scared1: I drank it anyway...didn't want to hurt his feelings:lmao:

Not a fan of the taste of alcohol(except beer..I love beer) but some times I like a nice drink to relax and dare I say get a little buzzed.

Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Ginger Ale, and a twist of lime. I'm usually a beer or wine girl, but that's my "go-to" drink when I want a little something different.

My go to drink has always been the bloody mary. I also drink those virgin mary's on flights. :thumbsup2 I'm not one for sweet drinks.

Bloody Mary's are awesome, but vodka and I don't get along. I love Mimosas, too. That's my "I feel like a southern belle" drink! I make mine a little different than just champagne and OJ - I add pineapple juice and a splash of black cherry juice. Yummy. I might have to have a couple of those tonight!

OP, if you truly don't like the taste of alcohol, and some don't--the easiest way to blend into a social setting is to order a drink in a tall glass, and keep ordering extra mix. Tom Collins, vodka/gin and tonic, or a white wine spritzer (white wine and soda water/gingerale) lend themselves to being discretely stretched.

You can always order a "virgin" (non-alcoholic) drink, which will look like a drink with alcohol. There is usually quite a variety of these on any beverage menu.

If you don't drink, starting off drinking beverages that are straight alcohol or close to it, is jumping off at the deep end of the pool, and should probably be avoided.

If you can find it, try a mimosa with strawberry champagne. My friends and I discovered this by accident and it is SO yummy! Best accident we've ever had:rotfl:

I dont like the taste of strong alcohol tasting drinks either.. I do love beer though! :lovestruc

whip cream vodka and orange soda. It tastes like an orange julius.

Actually, I was going to pick up some of the whip cream vodka today and make jello shots with it. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Never heard of whipped cream vodka!! Sounds yummy! What brand?

Edit - Just found it, Pinnacle vodka. I'm buying a bottle this weekend.

2 parts creme de cacao
1 part vanilla vodka

Simple and easy, if you want a creamy one add 1 part Bailey's.

If you want a mochatini, add 1 part Kahlua.

Oooh, I'm totally keeping my eyes open for that. Thanks!

Just had dinner with some GF's in NYC at Son Cubano and they make a champagne sangria that is OUTTA THIS WORLD. The bartender told me what was in it, but unfortunately, I had 3 glasses at that point, so I don't remember:rotfl:.
