This is what I have booked for our trip in September. We are a set of grandparents, a set of parents, a 2yo and and infant.

Just not quite sure what "dedicated" 2BR means. What will the bedding situation be like?

Does every villa have a pack and play and a high chair?

And will there be two bathrooms? This is our first DVC stay.

Dedicated means it can be used only as a 2BR as opposed to "lock-offs" which can become a separate 1BR and studio. Both types have two bathrooms. The dedicated does not have the kitchenette area in the second bedroom. King bed in master, pull out queen in living room, queen and pull out double in second bedroom. Pack n play and high chair in room; if not there when you arrive just call housekeeping and it will bring them.

I think in a dedicated 2br, there will be two queen beds in the second bedroom at VWL.

Yes, that is correct for all dedicated two bedrooms at VWL. If it were a lock off two bedroom, the second bedroom would have one queen bed and one double sized sleep sofa.

Yes, 2 queens in the second BR in a dedicated. We had this when we took DS, DDIL, and their 2 little boys. However, the boys ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa bed in the living area, because we could set up a movie and then set the tv to turn off automatically. Two full baths as well. You will really enjoy this resort!

The dedicated 2 b/r has a huge closet in the second bedroom. If you're in that room there's enough space to put the pack-n-play in there (if you want).

Thanks everyone! Sounds like the perfect accommodations for our family! I cannot wait. Getting real excited about planning our trip and making a few ADRs. I really cannot wait to sit on the beach at night and wait for the EWP to pass the resort and watch my grandchildren's faces!
