What is a concierge room???

What is the difference between the concierge rooms and regular...I know this has probably been answered before but I don't know and have always wondered.

Concierge rooms have access to a lounge with breakfast, snacks and an eveing service every day. Personalized service from an onsite staff, itinerary planning before you arrive. Also drinks and snacks out all day. Beer and wine at night. At the GF they also have tea daily and champange at night.
