What is a cauldron cake?

I know this may sound silly, but what exactly is a cauldron cake? Is it a cupcake for one or a small cake enough for share? And how much is it cost?

I think the price is in the $2.99 range and it is a chocolate cupcake with a chocolate filling with icing and a cauldron handle made of chocoloate. It is really pretty good, but somewhat messy to eat. It isn't that big. I'd say the serving size is something like 1.25 - 1.50, so yeah 2 people could share it, but you might not want to.

This is a cauldron cake.

It's a favorite treat of the HP characters and is often mentioned in the book series. If you like chocolate, you will love these. As far as sharing, is a small cupcake enough to share? That's the size of them. DW and I shared them and we each got about 2 bites each, but we shared one almost every day we were there.

We had one in June and LOVED it. The inside is or tasted just like chocolate mousse and the handle is hard chocolate. We split ours four ways, but only got a couple bites each. Definitely having many more of these when I'm back in a few weeks!
