What info should be in a sales contract???

Here's the story....

DH is purchasing a privately owned motorcycle. He will put a deposit on it in the beginning of December to hold the bike. The owners are going to Florida from December to April. When they get back, we will settle up and pick up the bike.

Now back to the question, what info to include??? I know the obvious: names and addresses of both parties, date of deposit, date payment due by in April, VIN# of the motorcycle, mileage. Both parties will sign this agreement.

Have I left anything out???

He does have a loan, not sure if it is with Harley Davidson or another lender. Not sure how it will change hands, DH was going to ask him this the next time he speaks with him.
