...despite the length of your stay, what if you could only eat at ONE RESTAURANT at WDW.......which one would it be, and why? This can be any of the resort restaurants as well as the eateries within the parks.

Wow, what a difficult question.... if I had to pick 1, it would be Crystal Palace for breakfast. We've been to CP on every trip & enjoy it: the food, service, atmosphere are all good. Our trip just wouldn't be the same without CP!

Okay, even though I LOVE all the restaurants in Disney, if I had to pick one, it would be the Crystal Palace for dinner. I love the characters, love the food, and love to see my DS face light up when he sees Pooh and Tigger!:goodvibes

Narcoossee's because I love the atmosphere and the raspberry mojitos.

We love Narcosees, but I need to reserve the right to change my mind after our Sept. WDW trip. We are upgrading to the DxDDP and trying several new signature restaurants.....so who knows!

Well, if you promise that weight gain would be a non-issue, I could do Crystal Palace breakfast every single day!!:rotfl: It's such a pleasant atmosphere, the service is terrific, and the variety in foods is enormous!

(though, after a few days, I think I'd have to request that the characters leave me be!)

I just asked my kids this (they're 16 & 19, 2 boys) to get an unbiased opinion for you and they both said Crystal Palace breakfast at the same time! That was my pick as well, but I didn't want to influence them....too funny that we all picked the same thing!

As for why, I think the Pooh characters really embody the Disney feel at that meal....they all sign the autographs, pose for pictures....the whole bit. They also have a little parade for b-days or whatever. The food is GREAT, there is a ton of it and of every kind you can think of. The staff there has always been outstanding with us and the place is beautiful! We make sure we eat there on every trip....it really is one of our very favorites!

If it was only 1 restaurant for our trip, it would be my all time favorite - Jiko

Boma breakfast...it is consistantly good and I dont get to eat big breakfasts at home

Kona would be my choice, I love everything they have for all meals.

Kae

Ohana's for sure, they have AMAZING food great atmosphere and awesome views.

Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast. Ate there twice last time.
If money was no object AND I could remember to not eat all day ahead of time, then V&A's Chef's Table!

If I could only go to one restaurant I might not go at all. But if I did I'd choose Jiko. Its my absolute favorite. I love the menu - I feel its a deep menu with lots of choices I enjoy in the apps, entrees, and desserts. They also have a fabulous wine list

My dbf said Tony's for lunch (and lunch only)--they have his favorite pizza in the world there, the white pizza with GLOBS of ricotta cheese.
For me, it would be Boma's breakfast and/or dinner.

Ha! You're tough! This is like my "pick one and only one item" thread! I would probably go with CG because of my experiences there with DH but I am sooooo looking forward to some of the new places we will be trying this trip as well. (and yes we will be doing CG again too!)

Tough question~I know my dd would pick Peco Bills
DH and I would pick Whispering Canyon
other dd would pick Alfredos
