If I booked from (for example) Jan 27th- Feb 3rd which rate would I pay?1)Adventure rate for the whole ressie.
2)Dream rate for the whole ressie.
3)Adventure rate for the Jan dates and Dream rate for the feb dates.
4)Magic rate because I confused everyone and did not stay in one season;)

You pay the per night point charge.

No carry over of one saeson into another.

#3 is correct!

Thanks- makes sense that way. The only reason I asked was because cash ressies,I heard, get charged only as what season the ressie began in, even if you cross over into Christmas season. I thought that was really strange.

Yep, you can sometimes luck out by starting a ressie in a less expensive season. For DVC, though, no such luck!!!

Strange but wonderful.

I booked a day early (got the last night of a cheaper season), but actually checked in the next day (first day of the more expensive season) at the GC and saved several hundred dollars that way!

Most strange things are wonderful. I only wish I knew that before I bought into DVC and the info became completely useless.
