Ok- I know in a perfect world no one is late for their ADR's. But I'm sure not everyone is one time, no matter how hard they try!! How late is considered too late?
There's no way to answer your question accurately. It depends on the restaurant, the time, and how busy they are. We have been ten minutes late and seated immediately, and we have been 15 minutes early and had to wait 45 minutes.
1) According to policy, ADR's are held for 15-minutes.
2) Afterward, the ADR can be canceled.
3) However, it can be extended
. . . based upon how crowded the restaurant is at that time
. . . based upon the kindness of the CM
. . . based upon the gentleness of the guest
. . . based upon the phase of the moon

If you have a cell with you, you might try calling and letting them know if you're going to be more than 15 min late. We were stuck in parade traffic on our way to CRT one year, and knew we would be a while since no one was moving. We called the podium and just let them know, and they said, "no problem". I think we ended up being 15 min late.
I've also seen people turned away for being 'too late' at both CRT and Le Cellier. I don't know how late they were though.
I also saw a family turned away at Mama Melrose because they showed up a day late. They were arguing that their credit card better not be charged and also demanding a table . Their argument was that they had made a "simple mistake and people do it all the time".
Last June we couldn't seem to make it on time for anything- and were never turned away or made to wait a long time. We had ADR's at LeCellier, Sci-Fi,
Park Fare, to name a few. I know for Lecellier and SciFi we were probably an hour late each time-hopefully next trip we will better at time management!
We were 30 minutes late getting to our Le Cellier reservation. They didn't even bat an eye.
We had gotten stuck on Ellen's Energy Adventure of all things (someone had tried to leave the ride and they had to stop it and couldn't restart - we sat there forever and then were walked off the ride - except my mom was in a wheelchair and we were among the last to be let off).
