You will get a backup location. Sometimes they assign and sometimes you get to pick.

You get a back up location. The default place for the Italy area (where we are getting hitched) is the American Adventure Rotunda. We asked our EM when we went down for our planning session, if we could move it inside of China, so she switched it for us.
