We will be leaving in less than 2 weeks for the Dolphin. We are both RNs and have booked the nurses rate for our trip. They have told me so many conflicting stories as to what identification we will need to show to prove we are nurses. Is it our work ID badge, a recent pay check stub or will our license work? Thanks!!!!! Hate to take everything with us if we don't need it!!

Any of those will work. Paycheck stub, nursing I.D. heck even a letter on hospital letterhead would probably work. Have a great time. :goodvibes

state nursing license and a work ID or pay stub. And, they do check.

I don't think I was employed when I stayed at the Swan -- I believe I just showed my state license.

I went 2 weeks ago armed with state license, work ID and pay stub. The first thing I pulled out of my wallet was my license and nothing more was needed.

Thanks!!! Looks like I will be taking our licenses. It doesn't say 'nurse' on FDHs ID, just 'Manager'. Mine says RN, but I am a staff nurse, he is a nurse manager. Our paystubs are pretty useless, unless you are in payroll and know the codes.

I'm an RN, and I would bring a copy of my state nursing license. In OR ours is a card, so it's easy.

Many pay stubs don't show what your position is. At lease ours don't. They just show who you work for.

The nurses rates are for the Swan/Dolphin. I don't think they have AP rates as they are not Disney properties.

Actually, yes they do have AP rates and the Nurses rate is better. :teeth: Try www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com - then choose Disney Resorts and then choose Swan/Dolphin. You can check rates there and see what different discounts they offer.

I was told by James, the front desk manager at the Dolphin that an ID or your license or the staff ID would be fine. You don't need more than one.
