Imagine it...
You arrive at 5:30 AM, check in and register and tag your one drone. Tour begins at full light. Drones will carry telemetry circuit to broadcast its location. You break up into guided parties of 5 and set off to your chosen locations as groups. You will have one hour of flight time. You may fly anywhere you like. If your drone wrecks in an area that staff can get to easily it will be retrieved before park opens and returned to you ... sometime later. If you wreck somewhere that cannot be gotten to easily then they will get it back to you whenever they come across it if they can. If it gets stuck somewhere visible like on the castle, they will blast it off with a pressure washer before park opens. Disney is not responsible for any damage to any drone under any circumstances. Pilot is responsible for damages as a result of recklessness. Video shot during this hour is all-rights to the pilot.
Seems fair, well balanced ...
Now what would they charge. Much longer backstage tours go for $200 per person and less. But this one would require Disney cover the risk of one of these drones ending up on the tracks of a ride or something. Maybe out of a 25 person tour this would be an issue 2 or 3 times.
But think of the video you would have when you were done...
I think if they charged $1000 per person they would sell out in a day.
