What hotels do Westjet provide in Toronto?

We booked our flights through Airmiles and are flying Westjet. It seems they cancelled our return flight on Sunday - it seemed there was no flight for the second leg of the journey from Toronto to Thunder Bay. So we will be flying to TO on the Sunday and Westjet is prvoiding a room for us that night and then we will fly home Monday morning.
My question is has anyone stayed in a hotel that has been provided by Westjet? They say it will be close to the airport but that we can't find out what hotel till we are checking in on our departure flight. If you have been provided a hotel what hotel was it? I am concerned as to the standard of room. As long as it is clean and safe I am happy - a pool would be a added bonus for my daughter.

they'll place you in a reputable airport hotel.

when BA had mechanical issues in London we were placed into a £390 a night room at the airport.

Usually airlines try and keep you comfortable.

It used to be a hotel right on the airport property itself... Toronto has an airport strip - I could see them putting you up along the road as well, but then there is the transportation issue.

If you call into WestJet, they should be able to give you some indication of what hotel (there is a list). Just play polite, and play up the kiddo angle - a lot of the agents are Moms/Dads, and will know where you are coming from...
