I love the Sheraton Vistana Villages. There are four pools. Two are quiet and relaxing and two are large and full of things to do for kids. I recommend the two bedroom villa, as there are two full bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, dining table, and balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. There is also a restaurant on site which serves breakfast. There is also a market with starbucks coffee and light breakfast items. And there is always the option of eating or preparing something in your villa.
About the pools:
The main pool is very large, with a cascading waterfall and an interactive fountain area with zero-depth entry. The restaurant is very close to grab a drink or snack. In the past there has also been a cabana pool bar, but I believe this is undergoing a redo/renovation.
The St. Augustine pool is also very large, and it has an interactive pirate ship and a water-slide with plunge pool. That pool also has a pool bar (with light snacks) for adults. The market is also very close for some ice cream (Edy's scooped and novelty items) or other drinks/snacks. The villas in the St. Augustine section are also very nice. This pool will be closed for refurbishment September 2-12, 2014.
To relax, the resort also has the "quiet pool", which is located off the main pool, and the Key West pool which is located in the Key West phase towards the back of the resort.
Hope this helps; if you have any questions just let me know!
