We paid $286 ap rate including tax for a 2-bedroom at OKW the weekend after Easter. It was 100 points for the Sat. night, so the money was good.
We didn't have to move, and the OKW staff did a nice job of linking the cash and dvc reservations. But remember that isn't necessarily so, and isn't guarenteed. One good thing is you get full housekeeping on the cash nights. I'd def. look at mousesavers.com, there shouldn't be any need to pay rack rates. The AP rate was better than the member services rate, fwiw.

Wow, great rate! I paid $301 incl tax AP rate for a 1 bedroom OKW on Friday May 7. That was about 30% off. Yours had to be well over 50% off. Ours was the last night of a 6 night stay, so the full housekeeping was nice.
We were at VWL over Mem'l Day last year, and inquired what the cash rate was - just for hahas. Can't remember the exact amount, but it was in the $900's. Thank goodness for our DVC!!

Right now they are only available until 8/28/04. You usually have to call for DVC resorts, they are rarely posted because non-members rarely book them. You call CRO for AP rates (407-W-DISNEY).
The 25% member discount would be through DVC member services, availability depends on occupancy levels. They only make the discount available if they anticipate the room will not be booked for points.
