Because its a newly-created "work" called "Finding Nemo, the Musical."

It looks to be a HUGE hit.
Music is by Broadway Tony Award-winning writers.
From the "preview" song I've heard the music will be very fun for all ages, and the description of the costume design and casting seem to be fantastic.

The totally new fully-enclosed and sound-proofed theater is state-of-the-art for sound, visual effects and lighting.

I look forward to the opening date, which is slated soon.
