What happens when selling dvc ....?

I currently have reservation booked for a friend in May. Can I still sell my DVC ? Will they cancell all reservation after I sell or that reservation stays and I just sell it less the points used for that ressie ?

If you sell your ownership prior to any reservations, those stays will be cancelled.

Some have put a stipulation that closing can't occur until after a specific date for this reason.
