What Happens To ROFRs?

I was just curious if anyone knows what Disney does with the contracts when they exercise ROFR? Do they in turn re-sell the contracts? For the same site?

We are considering an add-on at a different site (currently own at SSR) & are wondering TSS? Direct from Disney?

Yes, Disney resells the ROFR properties as new contracts. Disney can break up contracts, for instance, they can aquire a 500 point contract for BWV via ROFR and sell it as 10 contracts of 50 points each (or whatever).

The ROFRed points retain their original resort and use year.
