what happens if?

What Happens if, 2 people in the group decided they don't want to go on the trip. We did not book our Resort Reservations. But we know our dates. We booked our dining reservations. And I did post them to the board the other day. If I call back disney and ask them to drop 2 people from the meals will we beable to keep our dining choices or will I have to book new ones?
I don't like when people don't give me the heads up before I book something so I hope someone on here could tell me if they allow people to keep the dining choices I really don't want to lose any of my choice.

We have never done Tony's and I know I have read and heard so so things about this place but I want to try it and It was my father's choice. He can only pick 1 dining place a trip.

We choice rainforest cafe because we had to pay out of pocket for one of the days and thought we should give it a try.

We picked Le Celliers because we had a great meal their last year and My mother and father didn't eat their yet

We picked Sci-fi my mother's picked her only place she asked to eat on this trip.

I Picked Kona Cafe as my Number one pick I wanted to eat here and the menu sounds good and people's pictures of the food looks good.

Chef de france was picked because my niece said she wanted to try a snail. but NO snails will be eatten I know it she won't try them.

Liberty Tree was picked because we haven't eat there in 5 years.

So I really don't want to lose any of the choices

They won't just drop two people from the reservations. They'll cancel them and try to rebook. If the times and dates you want aren't available for the new party size, then you don't get them.

You don't have any reservations that are prepaid or require a credit card hold apparently, so you could just show up and say two of your party aren't coming. You could use the online system to check availability on the new party size, too, and switch over if something is available. Don't cancel anything until you've made sure of availabilty on the new party size.
