I'm not so sure. I mean, a room can go down due to a maintenance issue at the last minute, and it may not be back on line in time to get the guests in. So lets say they have 10 trundle rooms that will be available for check in today, and 10 families coming in. Lets say a pipe bursts between two of the rooms, and there is a lot of water damage. Now there are only 8 trundle rooms and still 10 families coming in. I would assume they would have some way of accommodating the 5th guest if the problem is their problem (maybe an extra trundle or two put away for emergencies??), but I can definitely see where it could happen, even if it isn't likely.
