What happens if you don't get passes in time?

I am not sure if this question belongs on this board but I just bought my magic your way passes online and it said expected delivery by 4/27/07. We leave on 5/1/07...what if I don't get them in time? YIKES! I hate to have to worry but we never bought them online before...any thoughts?? Thank you!

Did you buy them through Disney or another place? I would check to see if I could have them delivered the night before at my hotel so then you can pick them up in the morning.

I bought them through the Disney website. I got my confirmation over email. I just worried about the "what ifs". I am hoping that they would be able to re-issue them if I don't have them in hand...am I crazy and that's too wishful of thinking???

Print your e-mails and copy your receipts. If they don't arrive Disney will have all you information and will "re-issue" them when you arrive. It's no different then if you lose them while on vacation. If you have receipts or copy the back of your tickets, they can replace them for you. HAVE FUN and stop worrying.

Or call and ask if they've been sent yet or if you can change them to will call tix instead. We did will call tix (you pick 'em up at the TTC) and it worked out fine.

If you don't get them on time you can return them as long as you don't open the sealed package containing the tickets. Also, you could just keep them. I don't know which one you bought but the expiry tickets don't start the countdown until you use them the first time.
