What happens if someone in your cabin can't go

I have booked the Eastbound Repo. and there is a chance my husband may not get to go. If I cancel him can I replace him with another person ? I am thinking my sister or maybe my nephew.

if you are listed as the primary name on the ressie you can probably replace him with little problems.
