OK, so I have dining ressies for 7:00 at a MK restaurant on a night they have Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween and the park closes at 6:00. What happens to us? We don't have tickets....how can we stay in the park and what happens afterwards?

By the way, at what point would they NOT allow us into the Park???? In other words, what if we are late to getting to the MK for the 7:00 reservation?

You won't be allowed to make that ADR. If you made it on line it warned you somewhere that you need party tickets.

They won't allow you to be in the park past 6 pm. Best to cancel that ADR now and try and find something else.

Somewhere in all of the legalese when you made the reservation (the same legalese that tells you you need valid park admission/ characters are not guaranteed/ leave an hour for transportation/ no-show fee), was a line about needing valid party tickets for that night.

CM's start sweeping the park and encouraging people toward the exits at 6 PM, to be fair to guests who do have a party ticket. You will not be allowed to stay in the park until 7, you will not be seated for dinner even if you do manage to stay in the park, and they can keep the $10 per person no-show fee.

At 4 PM (usually) they start allowing guests in who have a party ticket, and start warning guests who enter through the regular tapstile that the park closes in 2 hours. After 6 PM there's no getting in at all without a party ticket (I'm sure they cut it off even earlier than that).

OK, not a problem. Funny, but I didn't see the "legalese" when I made the ticket, and trust me, at the end of August, I wasn't even THINKING about Halloween.

They do a good job of tucking it in right before you click that you agree to the policies, and sometimes there's a link that you need to click to find out exactly what the policies are. It's not hard to miss, but it's definitely there.

When I was making my trip plans (we leave in 18 days) I was thinking I forgot when Halloween is because I'm not quite ready for that at the end of August, either.
