What happens at a buffet when showing up at end of breakfast hours?

In April we will be doing the 5K Darkside run and know from past experiences that we should be done and back to our room between 7:30 and 8am. After everyone is done showering and getting ready we will be heading to AK.

Our plan is to have breakfast at Tusker house and getting a reservation around 10:45am. This will obviously be the very end of breakfast. Do the lunch menu items start coming out at 11am? Is this a good option to actually get to try a little of both breakfast and lunch?

We are not trying to take advantage of anything by paying for breakfast and getting lunch, but the hours note breakfast ends at 10:55 and lunch starts at 11:00 -- dinner there is a little lag time before that starts.

You will pay for breakfast and get breakfast and lunch food (lunch food starts to replace breakfast food at about 11:00). It isn't cheating...and it is awesome.

we had an 11:20 reservation last Saturday and we got breakfast and lunch! it ended up being one of our favorite meals! enjoy!

Keep in mind that you will want to hit the buffet ASAP to get breakfast items. They will slowly start transitioning to lunch and won't be replenishing some breakfast items the closer it gets to 11
