What happens after you send LOA

So I received my letter of agreement yesterdat 2-4-08. That was the 8 month mark so what happens after they receive deposit and signed LOA?

Once they receive it, they will sign it and send it back to you along with your free APs .

During their staff meeting, they assign a WP which is the next big step!

Waiting to be assigned my WC/WP was agonising because of course I had read so much about certain planners and co-ordinators, I was very happy to finally have my name and I told her when I would like to do my PS and that was all set up for like 5 months before the wedding, as it was she couldn't make my PS and another member of the team stepped in, he was subsequently assigned to us as our original WP moved elsewhere within the company - but it all worked out

After I received my LOA back with my APs, my coordinator told me that my WP would call me in about a week. Exactly a week later, I got a call from Celeste saying that she would be my WP. We were emailing each other back and forth about when to schedule a PS. She told me that usually its done around no more than 6 months out because thats when you can lock in the prices. April we will be 6 months out so we scheduled it then. Maybe I will see you down there!

But how did you get your LOA so early. I just got mine this Monday and I am getting married earlier than you.. Thats weird

It may be the venues I'm using...

SBP/Ariel's/Lower UK--I think those can be booked at 12 months.

That may be why. I received my LOA on January 7, 2008.

I think it took about 2 weeks before I got the LOA (and APs) back. Don't worry, it'll come. I was really anxious too

I think its because of the location. My reception is at the Living Seas in Epcot. I believe if you have a location in a park, it can be done 12 months out.
