What happened with the Santa at Disney??

I saw something on a news preview about Santa being kicked to the curb at Disney?? I didn't watch the news though, so what was it?

It wasn't one of Disney's Santas, it was a park guest who resembled Santa and was 'playing' Santa for some kids.
